Can I make an offer for a property online?
Our site isn't set up to take offers directly. However, with each listing
detail is the listing party's contact information. You may post an offer
to them directly, or just have them contact you.
What if I don't find what I want?

If you searched our listings and didn't find exactly what you are looking
for, you have the opportunity to send your "WishList" to all
of our featured agents. Your search criteria will be emailed for them
to help you find just what you are looking for.

How much are your listing packages?

You can find all of our pricing and features for packages on our Pricing
Page.
Will I keep getting billed even if I no longer have any listings?

No, your subscription will not continue beyond the duration you bought.
Once your subscription session is up, it will be stopped and you will
be emailed a reminder to renew. If you remove all of your listings before
your subscription is up, they obviously will not appear, even though
you may still have time left on your subscription.
How do I edit my listings?

Once you have signed up, you may log into your account using the login
tab above. Once you are logged in, your account management menu appears
on the right. You can manage your listings and your profile right from
there. When you are finished, simply click on the Logout link that appears.
How many pictures can I upload with my listing?

You may include up to 10 images of your property. If you chose an agent
package, you may also include images in your profile and your company
logo.
How do I get my property to be a "top pick" featured on the front page?

Those listings with the utmost quality will be featured on the front
page. We comb through all the listings and look for those with the most detailed
description, highest quality pictures, most relevant information, etc.
This encourages everybody to list their property with the highest quality and rewarding those sellers with greater visibility.
